Is the camera actually easy to use?
If you can use an iPhone, you can use this camera. Open the screen to turn it on, press one button to record, press it again to stop. Three pre-charged batteries cover first look to after-party.
Who films it? Do I have to plan that?
Every kit includes a printed guide that handles it for you: who to hand the camera to, when, and what to catch. You hand off the guide with the camera and your day runs itself. Most of the best footage happens when the camera just floats through the room.
How does the camera capture audio?
The camera has a great built-in mic that captures great audio. It works best when you're close to your subjects, so if you want to capture vows or someone speaking, make sure whoever is filming is close to them when it happens.
When does the camera arrive?
Your kit arrives days before your wedding day with everything pre-configured and a prepaid return label inside.
How fast do I get my film?
All raw footage within 1 week of receiving the camera back. Your edited highlight film within 2 to 3 weeks after that.
Do I get all the footage, or just the edit?
Every single clip. Within one week of your cameras arriving back, you'll typically receive a folder with every video your people filmed. Full vows, full toasts, full everything. Your edited highlight film typically follows two to three weeks after.
